These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Select Home Cleaning website and services. By using our website, requesting a quote, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Select Home Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Seminole, Orange, and Volusia Counties, Florida. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after we see the home or space. Scheduling is subject to availability.
Payments and Cancellations
Payment is due at the time of service unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to another family.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If anything doesn't meet your standard, tell us within 24 hours and we'll make it right. That's the Select guarantee.
SMS Text Messaging Program
Select Home Cleaning SMS Program Disclosure
Program description: When you opt in to text messages from Select Home Cleaning, you will receive messages related to your quote request, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups, billing notices, and customer care from Select Home Cleaning at the phone number you provided.
Opt-in: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our quote form, or by texting or calling us and asking to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity.
Fees: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
